Zeno Consulting, Inc. is a software and technology consulting firm started by Davis Ford in 2005. I started the company to pursue an adventure in software consulting with a focus on systems and software architecture. So far, it has been pretty fantastic.

I received my undergraduate degree from Michigan State University and my Master of Science in Computer Science from Wayne State University.

I have over 12 years of experience developing complex software systems. I've worked for a number of different organizations in different industries using a broad range of technologies. My skills are fairly broad and deep, and I am constantly in pursuit of knowledge that will help me provide better, faster solutions. I apply technology in unique ways to solve problems for people or organizations. This is what makes my clients happy, and this is why I get most of my business through networking. I take great measure to ensure high quality work.

Occasionally I moonlight as CTO/consultant for startup companies (I'm always interested in hearing good ideas and working with the smartest people to achieve something great and new.)

I thrive in all environments (team (large/small) or solo) -- although I prefer agile development processes. I am laid back, easy to get along with, and I get things done faster and better than anyone you've probably ever worked with.
